He was able to identify there were roots growing in both the cast iron and clay lines. The first day he was able to get us a "temporary" fix by snaking. He presented my landlord with multiple options for a longer solution. Rigo ended up using the "Wart hog" to clean out the roots and installed a two way cleanout in the front yard.
